You will have a choice of one of the following fabric colors of Olive Green, Rust, a medium Brown or Gray/Beige with fur for wig as shown.
Wild Boggalin: Approximately 9˝” tall
goblin boy.
Doll is made from doe-suede
or knitted synthetic suede cloth. He has a needle sculpted face that is
colored with a combination of pastels, and micron pens. His eyes are set in
acrylic animal eyes that have glued on eyelids. His head is thread jointed at
the neck for movement, his ears are wired. His fingers and arms are wired for
some movement. His legs are sewn on at the hips to be stationary. His outfit
consists of various trims and ribbons (Home Decorator Dept) and or fabric
scraps. His wig is made from faux fur. He is an INTERMEDIATE Cloth
doll Level Pattern.
Not for Cloth doll Beginners!!
Class Kit will include the following:
- pattern ( includes pattern pieces on
freezer paper ready to cut out and use)
- knitted suede cloth fabric to create doll ( choice listed above)
- faux fur scrap for hair ( no choice)
- 1 pair acrylic animal eye in (your choice of blue or brown)
- chenille stems for armatures & fingers
- embroidery floss (color of doll)
Regular Sewing Supplies REQUIRED:
- Sewing machine, scissors, thread to match fabric colors, hand sewing needles
- pencils, fray-bloc™, fabric eraser, fabric glue, seam ripper, pins, etc
Items needed for the class ( not included in the kit) :
Items in red will be required for creating cloth doll
- Poly fil stuffing
- Wire cutters to cut chenille stems
- Blending stump or cotton swabs to blend pastels
- 3” or 3 ˝” doll sculpting needle

Hemostats for turning and stuffing
- Brass turning tubes to turn fingers (these are really helpful -

- Micron pens set in assorted colors size .05
(available for purchase at store)

- Floral tape to wrap chenille stems ends
- Chalk pastels (pencil or sticks) to color face and body
- Krylon Matte Finish spray
- Fabri-Tac glue™ or any fabric glue (to attach hair & eyelids)

- Length of home decorator trims sewn as 'grass' skirts (2” width, about 7”- 8”
length)
- Fringe, ribbons, cordings, beads to embellish and make gauntlets, necklaces,
etc
