I try my personal best to respond to each and every letter we receive. Unless
we are away at a show or out of town on business, I will return your e-mail within
two days. If I have not responded to you in more than 5 business days it is
because we are with at a show, or having PC problems or we did not receive your email. Please
email again after the fifth day and I will gladly assist you to the best of
my abilities.

We take money orders. Postal money orders are
shipped immediately.
Personal checks
are
also accepted, however, they take
10 business days to clear
before products are shipped.
Payment Must Be Received Within 10 Days from Contacting Us Or the Item Will No
Longer Be Placed On Hold for You - This includes INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
When sending checks and money
orders please list everything purchased on a little note so we can assure no
mistakes are made with your order. Please make

in less other wise stated.
Shipping address is to Mount Dora, Florida 32757 - Street address provided
via email.
Currently we are not holding Lay-a-way orders unless the total is over $299.99
and you are paying with PayPal and the 1st third is paid within 3 Days - then 30
days & 60 days for the last payment.
There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on Lay-away
Payment Time Period:
We will usually respond to
your email within (2) two business days letting you know if the doll, pattern or
other items
are available. Since items are extremely limited verification of the order
must be made within (4) three days and payment must be received within (10)
ten business days.
There is only a 5 day return policy on
dolls. There is no returns on Patterns or Cards. T-shirts are
exchanged only do to size mistakes or damaged. You must contact us immediately
about the situation so we can take care of everything satisfactory.
We reserve the right to charge a 20%
restocking fee plus paypal fees (when paid via paypal) on all returned merchandise, this will be determined per
situation. We do not return the cost of shipping nor do we pay for the
cost of return shipping. When purchasing from Mark Middendorf you agree to these terms.
